Dua Vietnamese Noodle Soup & The Fish Tank Poke Co. is a concept that is relatively easy to learn. We are looking for individuals with a passion for food, food safety and guest service. If you are financially qualified and can’t wait to learn what our concept is all about, we want an opportunity to meet with you. Previous food/restaurant experience is a plus but not required. The rest can be taught. You can do it!

The franchise owner will be required to attend and complete training at the corporate headquarters as well as onsite at their location. Our field consultants will visit with the franchise owner at their location to review revenue/expenses and overall operations. Our leadership will assist with site selection and through the buildout process at their new location. All new owners will receive a proprietary, confidential operations manual to assist with day to day activity, with everything included for front of house and back of house operations. Consistent, ongoing training will be available remotely at all times, and onsite periodically or as needed.

The total investment necessary to begin operations ranges from $234,000 to $391,500 for a single location, including an initial franchise territory fee of $30,000. As with any new venture, it’s important to have adequate capital to fund the initial business growth stages.

We do not provide direct financing to franchise owners, but we may refer to financing sources on a case by case basis.

We charge a royalty fee equal to 6% of gross revenues, paid on a weekly basis. Collected fees allow us to fund our ongoing support services and the continued development of product, recipe and supply channels, marketing tools, training programs, and systems upgrades. Dua Vietnamese Noodle Soup & The Fish Tank Poke Co. franchise owners will contribute the greater of $500 or 2% of net sales on local marketing and promotions in their territory, on a rolling quarterly basis. System Marketing Fund contribution will be 2% of gross revenue paid on a weekly basis. Collected funds will be used to develop marketing strategies to promote the Dua Vietnamese Noodle Soup & The Fish Tank Poke Co. brands and concept.

The initial term of your agreement is ten years, with three subsequent successor agreement options of five years.
